We are hiring part-time and full-time installation crew members.
Our installation team focuses primarily on installing residential and commercial sprinkler systems from start to finish. The job may involve some rework of existing sprinkler systems or the installation of underground drainage.
Our installation hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am-5:00pm. Saturday hours may be available. This may vary depending on workload and the weather. If you need a flexible schedule and can provide your own transportation to our job sites, we are willing to coordinate that with you. We do not work Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th or Labor Day weekend.
Primary Responsibilities
- Installation of underground irrigation systems
- Completing tasks as assigned to the satisfaction of the clients
- Maintain good work and attendance habits
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Present and maintain a professional image
Required Skills
Applicant must have the ability to:
- Follow both written and oral direction
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Use hand and power tools proficiently and safely
- Communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers and clients
- Bend, kneel, and dig for extended periods
- Lift 25 pounds
- Endure working outside in a variety of weather conditions
- Provide a valid driver's license
- Have a smart phone for time tracking
Pay
- Compensation is based upon experience
